Background: Version 1.0 of this venture produced paper state & local gov't tech forecasts and distributed them to existing clients and for marketing purposes. V2.0 produced annual digitized forecasts and mass-marketed them over the web. V3.0 today offers forecasts covering major U.S. political jurisdictions on an exclusive basis for a fixed fee (50% down). This fee is a large multiple of previous mass-marketed forecasts.
